Historical Context of Spoken Word
Spoken Word is a fast and growing genre of art. It’s not new. In fact it’s been around for centuries. Slaves, Native Americans, and numerous other cultures passed down their history through this art form. Why? Remembering information is tedious, but experiencing true art is a joy.
